Michelle Steele

Michelle joined ICCI in 2014 as our HR & PR Executive. Having worked in a variety of local sectors as a Chartered CIPD qualified professional, Michelle brought with her 10 years’ experience of HR, recruitment and consulting experience. Michelle also holds a Masters in human resource management and is part of our senior management team.

As our Mental Health First Aider & Menopause Champion, Michelle takes pride in supporting our team’s health and wellbeing. In addition to her primary role, Michelle also manages all our PR and event management.

Michelle is very passionate about our legacy events and ensuring we continue to give back to the community we all love to live in.
