The Site is owned and operated by Insurance Corporation of the Channel Islands Ltd which is registered in Guernsey at Dixcart House, Sir William Place, St Peter Port, Guernsey, company number 10569 (“we”, “us”, “Insurance Corporation”) and is a member of the RSA Group. In these Conditions of Use the “RSA Group” means RSA Insurance Group Ltd and its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings.


We are providing the Site on an “as is” basis and make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Site or its contents and disclaim all such representations or warranties about accuracy, completeness and freedom from viruses, availability, reliability or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on this Site. Force majeure

We shall not be liable to users for any breach of these conditions of use or any failure to provide or delay in providing our services through our Site resulting from any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including (without limitation) strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, fire, explosion, accident or failure of any third party telecommunications or service provider.

Applicable law

These conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Guernsey Law and any disputed shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Guernsey Courts. If any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
