Joel Dawe

Joel joined our Claims team as our new Claims Apprentice in July 2023 straight from school.

Joel worked previously in part-time customer facing roles, alongside finishing his studies. Joel is enjoying specialising in motor claims and enjoys helping our clients and being part of the claims teams.

Joel completed the Certificate in Insurance with the CII in early 2025 and is now continuing to expand his knowledge within the industry by studying for the Diploma in Insurance.

Joel is a keen footballer and is currently playing for Rovers AC in his spare time.
