James Foote

James joined ICCI in 2011 as a claims administrator after studying architecture at university.

James is now a Senior Claims Handler. James holds the Certificate in Insurance and is currently working towards the Diploma with the CII.

In early 2023, James took on the additional role as Reporting & MI Lead for the claims team.
