Senior Claims Handler
Donna joined ICCI in 2017 as an Underwriter and moved to the claims team as a Senior Claims Handler at the start of the pandemic in March 2020.
Having been in the Insurance industry for over 35 years Donna achieved Chartered Insurance status in January 2022. Between 2018-2020 Donna was the President of the Insurance Institute for Jersey. In October 2023 Donna achieved BDMA Tech (ins) qualification and is currently studying the Dip CILA.
Donna is passionate about supporting her colleagues and friends through menopause and is our menopause champion.
