International Women's Day (IWD) 2022

Today marks International Women’s Day (IWD), celebrating the achievements of women and raising awareness about gender equality. The theme of IWD this year is 'break the bias' and our pledge is to choose to challenge gender bias in the insurance industry.

At ICCI we recruited two apprentices last year to our team, both women. We are also proud to have built such an inclusive workplace where all our team can thrive, no matter their gender.

Did you know that 58% of our team at ICCI are female; 60% of our leadership positions are held by women; 38% of our senior Management Team roles and 33% of our Board roles are held by women. Two women in our team have also in recent years been local Insurance Institute Presidents for the CII in Guernsey & Jersey.
