Em Tullier graduates from RSA's Accelerate Talent Programme!

In the Autumn last year we were thrilled to find out that Em Tullier, our Service Lead, had been accepted onto the 2024 RSA Accelerate Talent Programme. Places on this course are exceptionally rare and it is a six month course with a rigorous selection process.

The course is RSA's pinnacle talent programme for those identified as key talent, with high growth potential within the business. The Programme enables delegates to build connections, network and maximise opportunities for personal progression within the Group. The Programme commenced in February this year and Em recently graduated saying...

I’m really pleased to have been involved in the RSA Accelerate Talent Programme this year.  The course ran from February to July 2024, with the first session being face to face, to officially meet the rest of my cohort.  Virtual sessions followed over the next few months, with the course concluding in July, once again face to face.  I have broadened my network of contacts and met some great people – as a cohort, we all now have additional resources to call upon in our journeys as leaders within the Group. I've taken so much from the course which I am already working on implementing and bringing back to the team!

Growing and supporting talent is a cornerstone of our business, so we were exceptionally proud of Em being announced as a delegate of the RSA Accelerate Talent Programme.  It has a rigorous selection process, and it is testament to Em’s dedication and hard work that she was successful.  We are excited to see all the new insights and skills Em is bringing back to the team.  Congratulations Em, well deserved.
