Em Tullier celebrates 10 years service with Insurance Corporation

We have been celebrating a number of long service milestones this year and this week, we are delighted to recognise Em's 10 years’ service with us. Em is our Trading & Service Lead, in our underwriting team. We caught up with Em who said...

I joined ICCI in 2013 as an underwriting assistant focussing on Motor Fleet and Trade.  Since then, I have developed my knowledge across most of the commercial classes of business and have progressed to the Service and Trading Lead looking after the Underwriting Team.

I’ve achieved my Diploma in Insurance while here and am looking at continuing to my ACII (something to work towards over the next 10 years!).  ICCI is a great place to work, with support for exams, development and progression, and of course, working day to day with the amazing team!

Em has progressed to become one of our most experienced Commercial and Motor underwriters. In addition to this success, Em is a strong leader for a number of our Commercial Underwriters as well as our Service and Trading Lead. A hugely important role to our business. 

Em always takes great pride in her work and is passionate about delivering for our customers. She is respected and valued, both by our team and the market. It has been a pleasure to have worked alongside her over the last 10 years and I look forward to continuing to work with her into the future.
