Coronavirus response update: Insurance Corporation of the Channel Islands (ICCI)

During this rapidly developing situation we are all facing with Covid-19, ICCI continue to be committed to doing the right thing for our customers and employees.

In light of this, we have taken the decision to take additional steps to help our team and customers to stay safe. With immediate effect, we will be invoking the next phase of our business continuity plans. This will mean our teams are working as two groups, one home based and one in our usual office locations. We anticipate this way of working will be adopted for a minimum of two weeks and we will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves.

We do not expect these arrangements to have a material impact on our service delivery or the availability of our teams. However, we would initially ask for some flexibility to allow this new process to become embedded. There will be no change to our core business working hours and all team members will be available to be contacted on their usual telephone numbers and by email.

To further support this approach, please note that we will be closing the reception in our Guernsey office and will be closing both of our Guernsey and Jersey sites to external visitors.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will evolve our guidance as required. Please do not hesitate to be in contact if you require any further information.
