Customer Service Awards success for the ICCI Claims Team!

Congratulations to our Claims Team for receiving a Highly Commended certificate in two categories: “Best Service from a Team” & “Best Service from Professional Services”, in the 2019 Customer Service Awards in both Guernsey & Jersey.The Customer Service Awards in both islands are held annually and this is the first time our team have entered a corporate submission. In Jersey there were 3977 nominations covering 377 individuals or businesses and in Guernsey, there were 3718 nominations covering 240 individuals or businesses.

This is an incredible achievement for our Claims Team and despite not being shortlisted as finalists, the team thoroughly deserve this recognition for the outstanding service they provide our customers. This morning during an open house session with all the team we surprised our Claims Team with the news and presented them with their Certificate!
