Insurance Corporation Employee of the Month – August 2015

We are pleased to name Simone Le Goff our August Employee of the Month.

I am delighted to announce that the winner of our August Employee of the Month award is Simone Le Goff.

Simone was nominated by Pete Jennings for her invaluable support to the Claims team. August was a challenging month for the Claims Team as a whole, not least because of the torrential rain and flash flooding on the 12th and 13th, which resulted in around 45 additional claims for the team, on top of their normal workloads. Whilst the handling of these claims was a team effort and everyone has gone the extra mile during this difficult period, Simone has worked consistent long hours and provided exceptional service throughout the whole month to help ensure that we maintained our Claims Promise throughout. She also had to deal with a number of challenging and complex cases during this time as well as oversee other duties due to holidays within the Team.

The service our Claims Team delivered last month was also mentioned by one of our Broker friends, who noted that the service that the Team had delivered following the poor weather had been "head and shoulders above the competition".
