‘We’re a relatively small team of 42 people in both Guernsey and Jersey but we’re also very fortunate that a large number of our staff have been with us for many years,’ said Glyn Smith managing director.
‘As a business that specialises in providing local insurance products, service and expertise it is hugely important that we retain our staff and their immense knowledge of the Channel Islands for the benefit of our customers.
‘Aside from congratulating the staff who reached long-service milestones this year, I’m also immensely proud of those just starting out in their careers and we hope to be celebrating with them in years to come.’
