Employee of the Month – October 2014

We're delighted to announce that the winner of our October Employee of the Month award is Gill Blondel from our Customer Services team!

"Gill's performance was outstanding throughout the month of October, ensuring her Customer Services Team maintained a healthy work state, whilst also training two new members of staff. 

Gill demonstrated real commitment over an extended period whilst the recruitment process was on going, working additional hours as necessary and taking pride in her work. Gill endeavours to lead by example and has maintained effective working relationships with the underwriting team, with able assistance from Anna Wilkins, helping to ensure a continued quality service provision.
