At ICCI we are committed to hiring a diverse and inclusive team, striving to provide excellent customer service to all our customers. We work together as one team, creating an open culture and paying attention to the health & wellbeing of all our team. We support our team through every stage of their journey. We are supporters of International Women’s Day and we were the first Channel Island employer to work towards the Menopause Friendly Employer accreditation.
Supporting Local Charities
Since 2020 nearly £5,000 in Covid grants have been awarded to local charities close to ICCI’s heart, that were particularly affected by the pandemic. The same amount was given in kind donations to local charities through sponsorship, fundraising events, food bank & welfare deliveries for vulnerable residents in the islands.
Supporting the Younger Generation
We have invested in the future of our communities by committing to the education of young people with great potential. We offer an annual Apprenticeship for deserving students pursuing post-secondary education at undergraduate or post graduate level. Our apprenticeships offer graduates the opportunity to work closely with experienced insurance professionals to acquire skills, qualifications and the expertise they need to start a successful career in insurance.
