Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to work closely with the ICCI Management Team and wider RSA parent, to lead the delivery and development of improved product performance across a portfolio of risks.

You will be responsible for leading the development and management of all ICCI portfolios, collating performance data to demonstrate any trends and issues and identifying appropriate actions. You will contribute to the marketing and business development activities and provide technical knowledge and expertise at case level across the portfolio. The role will require the individual to think both strategically and long term, as well as be willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

You will have experience in providing and receiving complex information and be able to communicate and interpret statistical data.  You will have experience of developing business plans and have strong leadership, persuasion & negotiation skills. You will be self-motivated, organised, be able to work under own initiative to deadlines and be committed to providing excellent customer service with close attention to detail and accuracy.
