Purpose of the role
We are seeking a Loss Adjuster to join our newly established in-house loss adjusting team. You will be responsible for undertaking claim assessments and project managing claims from instruction to settlement. You will be field based for much of your time, working in various locations which could entail dealing with customers on a 1:1 basis. You will play a pivotal role within our business, ensuring the success of our new loss adjusting service. You will have a passion for exceptional customer service, great analytical and relationship building skills and be a strong communicator.
Skills & experience required
Ideally you will hold relevant qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (‘CILA’) or be working towards a CILA qualification. Alternatively, you will have experience in handling commercial/home claims, with relevant Chartered Insurance Institute ('CII') qualifications. You will be self-motivated, organised, able to work under your own initiative and committed to providing excellent customer service.
