(Chartered) Loss Adjuster

Purpose of the role

We are seeking an experienced (Chartered) Loss Adjuster to lead our newly established in-house loss adjusting team. You will be responsible for undertaking claim assessments and project managing claims from instruction to settlement. You will be field based for much of your time, working in various locations which could entail dealing with customers on a 1:1 basis. You will play a pivotal role within our business, ensuring the success of our new loss adjusting service.

You will have a passion for exceptional customer service, great analytical and relationship building skills and be a strong communicator.

Skills & experience required

Ideally you will be qualified to Chartered Loss Adjuster status with the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (‘CILA’) or working towards that qualification. You will have a proven track record in the field and experience in handling commercial/home claims. 

You will be self-motivated, organised, able to work under your own initiative and committed to providing excellent customer service.
