Trading & Service Lead
Em joined ICCI in 2013 having previously worked as a nanny since leaving school. In addition to day-to-day case underwriting, Em is also in charge of monitoring and improving service standards for the underwriting team.
Em has gained her Diploma in insurance and is currently studying the Advanced Diploma to become ACII qualified. Em is passionate about continually improving her knowledge, supporting other members of the team and building broker relationships.
